About Scott

Scott provides expertise and services in federal contract, subcontract, and risk management to companies doing business with the U.S. government. He has cradle-to-grave government and commercial contract management experience at all levels of corporate acquisition and with all types of contract vehicles for hardware, software, and services. With over 30 years of experience in industry, Scott is an expert in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). 

Scott was a Contracts executive at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), and led Contracts organizations in numerous large corporations, including DynCorp, PwC, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Elbit Systems of America. He has also led Contracts teams in small- and medium-size businesses, including 8(a) companies. Scott has extensive international experience, leading Contract Management teams executing major cost-plus-award-fee Department of Defense contracts in Oman, Kuwait, and Egypt.

A northern Virginia native, Scott is based in the Washington DC area. Scott has lived in Germany, Egypt, Kuwait, and Oman.
